Green Wheel = Deployable Defenses, Turrets & Emplacements

All squad members are required to equip the Stratagem decreed by the Wheel. Should a Helldiver lack ownership of the chosen Stratagem, they may instead equip themselves with any Stratagem from that same category already sanctioned in their personal arsenal by Super Earth.
