Legs crunched together and arms out straight 5. v sit- but bring both legs and arms off the ground and go back down. 10 reps 6. 20n reps 7. 10 reps move your legs in and in and out motion while holding your core and not moving your arms 8. 15 reps 9. hold for 15 secs 10.
