MHS Fitness Wheel Challenge

How to play? Spin the wheel as many times as you like. For example, you might choose to spin it 10, 20 or 30 times. Whichever exercise the wheel lands on, you must do that activity for 30 seconds. If you are playing with a partner, one person can do the exercise and the other can spin the wheel. Then you can swap roles. You can even change the exercises by referring to the options at the bottom of the page. To make it more competitive you can also give each exercise or colour a certain amount of points. The person with the most points wins.
