Whose turn is it to speak?

Let's go with the second exercise of our Coffee Break! It's time to get to know each other and talk a little more about ourselves. On this carnival wheel you will find 4 drinks chosen for this coffee session: Cappuccino, Tea, Milkshake and Lemonade. Do you remember the drink that was next to your name in the instruction document? You can check it again and say out loud which one was assigned to you, so all participants will know who each one corresponds to. Spin the wheel and the chosen person should introduce her/himself and talk a bit about him / her. But pay attention! We have already broken the ice, so even though we have some guiding questions, we don't want you to feel like in an interview… get everyone involved in the conversation and if you want to ask questions or share stories of similar experiences, feel free to talk. Questions to be answered can be: 1) What projects do you work on or do you want to undertake? 2) What is your motivation to be part of the global and regional OML network? 3) Tell us about the most difficult experience you have had to face as a leader or member of a community, and how did you manage to solve it?
