NYCTCP- Wheel of Fun

Spin the wheel to reveal your question. Once your question is revealed you have the option to answer or pass your question to the person of your choice. ( You can only pass once). If you choose to answer the question, your next step is to choose the next person to spin the wheel. If a the question is passed to another chosen fellow, it must be answered by that fellow and he/she chooses the next person to spin the wheel or may spin the wheel and pass the question to the next fellow. This will continue until each participant spins the wheel and answers 1 question.
