• A team member frequently interruption when someone is explaining an idea
• A team member constantly negatively criticize ones work
• A team member is constantly being dismissive of ones contribution to group discussion, and show it through body language (rolling eyes, cross arms, look sideways, etc.)
• A team member is not being able does not contribute to group decisions, accept the tasks and then next day asks for more explanation
• A team member constantly does not attend to lectures and only contribute to work that he/ she chooses
• A team member has constraints due to personal life. Fridays cannot attend university but he/ she does not inform the group
• A team member always arrive late to meetings and afterwards wants to enforce his/ her decisions on task distribution
